A bit
about me

I'm a system administrator at AS Watson, working full-time while I finish my HBO-ICT (Bachelors) degree part-time at HAN.

Most of my work is for my own team: policies, automation and tools that help us manage the company's environment better. I pick up security alerts and escalate them to the security team, and I'm involved in projects both inside and outside our team. What I enjoy most is figuring out how a system works, finding where it breaks, and building something that actually helps.

Programming started as a hobby and turned into a big part of my job. Many of the tools I built at work started as "I can probably automate this". At home I still build things, like biepbop.nl and the website for Gents Style.

Outside of that: the gym after work, my BMW, the occasional fishing attempt, games, and making music with AI.
